How long does shipping take?
We offer free worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times are:

Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?
Our prices do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. Depending on your country, you may be charged additional fees upon delivery. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking is available for most destinations.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us to start a return. Note: shipping costs and any customs fees you paid are non-refundable.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Snaply's operates under the Belgian small business VAT exemption scheme. No VAT is charged on our products. Any local taxes in your country are handled by your customs authority upon delivery.
