Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact us via email.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Important: Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable by Snaply's. If you refuse a package due to customs charges, the return shipping cost and any fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
